Down-to-earth clinical psychologist on the Sunshine Coast
Life can look peachy on the outside.
Everything appears to be holding together.
Still, exhaustion, overthinking, and the pressure of carrying so much can sit underneath. Maybe nothing is obviously ‘wrong’, but something doesn’t feel quite right either. And there’s a sense that things could feel different.
Therapy can be the beginning of meeting who you are beneath all the ways you’ve had to adapt.
A way of finding your way back to a life that feels more fully your own.
Who I work with in psychotherapy

Meet Caitlin Bell
SUNSHINE COAST CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST & Psychodynamic Therapist
I’m Caitlin. A warm, down-to-earth clinical psychologist practising from a cosy room in Kawana on the Sunshine Coast.
I work with professionals, caregivers, and thoughtful adults who, on the outside, may appear to have everything together, but on the inside, they may feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what they want. If this has become your ‘normal’, therapy can help.
Together, we’ll loosen the patterns that keep you stuck, understand how past experiences shape how you connect, and find a clearer sense of who you are.
How I can help
No two people are the same, so no two therapies should be either.
My approach draws from psychodynamic therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, but how we blend them depends on your needs. Both therapies are exploratory, relational approaches that go beyond strategies and short-term fixes, helping you understand yourself on a deeper level to create lasting change.
Our sessions follow your story and what feels important in the moment. We pay attention to what’s happening inside you and between us, and let that guide our work.
